早上9点后最健康
  爬山早上九点之后爬最合适不宜太早爬山会对身体造成影响。一天之中上午十点是空气最清新的时候。清晨山上露水重空气中积蓄的水气多、污染物浓度高再加上植物一整夜的呼吸作用二氧化碳浓度也很高空气质量十分糟糕很容易刺激呼吸系统引起咳嗽或者咽喉不适。因此不建议早上8点之前去爬山可以8点左右吃个早餐等到9点太阳升起后再去爬山。

下午3点后最减肥
  下午3点以后爬山对减肥是最好的。而且从防止运动伤害的角度来说选择下午或者傍晚运动是最好的下午运动你更不容易受伤因为下午体温比上午高肌肉和关节更加灵活人的各项体力指标达到峰值。不过要注意别忘记带上一瓶淡盐水适时补充水分以免因流汗过多造成脱水。
